Abstract

Summary. Congenital granular cell epulis is a rare benign neonatal neoplasm that presents challenges in airway management. A neonate born by cesarean section due to congenital epulis underwent general endotracheal anesthesia for removal of the masses, with videolaryngoscopy for difficult airway management. This clinical case highlights the importance of preoperative anesthesia planning and airway management strategies for safe anesthesia and successful outcomes.
