Abstract

Aurimas Mačionis successfully defended a doctoral dissertation “Computed tomography-guided thermal ablation of malignant lung tumors: a study of clinical efficacy, safety, and impact on pulmonary function” at the open session of the Medical Research Council of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences on June 15, 2026. The dissertation has been prepared at the Department of Radiology at the Medical Academy of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences during the period of 2021–2025.
