Abstract

During pregnancy, fewer than 30% of women actively engage in physical activity, despite expecting mothers being not only encouraged to continue but also motivated to initiate regular physical exercise. The first section of the article provides an overview of the benefits of physical exertion and the potential impact on the course and outcomes of pregnancy. In the second section, we plan to present recommendations for women who engage in sports during pregnancy and postpartum.
