Abstract
Krukenberg tumour is a rare metastatic ovarian tumour in most cases originating from the gastrointestinal tract. We present a case, where gastric adenocarcinoma was suspected based on symptomatic ovarian masses, emphasizing the need to consider all possible causes of ovarian tumours for accurate diagnosis.
