Abstract
Tuberculosis continues to be a significant cause of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. Pregnant patients are typically treated with first-line oral antituberculous medications – isoniazid, rifampicin, and ethambutol. This article presents a clinical case of a pregnant patient with active pulmonary tuberculosis resistant to isoniazid. Despite elevated pregnancy risk factors, no fetal anomalies were observed, and a healthy, tuberculosis-free newborn was delivered.
