Abstract

A massive fetomaternal hemorrhage is a rare condition in which a significant amount of fetal blood enters the maternal circulation. This article presents a clinical case, discussing the treatment for both the mother and the newborn. A literature review on the risk factors, diagnosis, and management of fetomaternal hemorrhage is also provided.
