Abstract
Uterine leiomyomas (fibroids) are benign smooth muscle tumors that are extremely rare in adolescence, occurring in less than 0.5% of cases. Diagnosing and treating uterine fibroids in very young patients can present significant challenges. Here, we present a case report of a large uterine leiomyoma in a 15-year-old girl, who was diagnosed and treated at the Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kauno klinikos.
