Abstract

Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome is a rare condition which could be inherited and acquired. Syndrome manifests for children on two peaks – on newborn and 8–12 years old. This article describes literature review about Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome’s etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnostic principles, differential diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. Also a case report is presented about a newborn patient who was born after urgent c-section due to unstable fetal state. Newborn presented with severe tachycardia and worsening state.
