Abstract
Ovarian carcinosarcoma associations with serous tubal intraepithelial carcinoma. Ovarian carcinosarcomas are rare aggressive biphasic tumors. Evidence show that these tumors are monoclonal. The squamous and sarcoma component is derived from a stem cell undergoing divergent differentiation. Its origin confirm the same imunohistochemistry p53 reaction in both squamous and sarcoma components.
