FETOMATERNAL TRANSFUSION. CLINICAL CASE AND LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
Fetomaternal transfusion (or fetomaternal hemorrhage) is condition then fetus blood cells transfer to mother blood stream. This condition does not have any specific clinical signs and is associated with severe fetal morbidity and mortality. Fetomaternal transfusion may occur before or during delivery or after some medical procedures during the pregnancy and be the reason of stillbirth. Reduce fetal movement, fetal anaemia and (or) pathological cardiotocography are the most occurring clinical symptoms. Kleihauer-Betke test may comfirm fetus blood cells in mothers blood serum.
